We integrate with various third-party services to help streamline your tasks and scheduling. Below is an overview of the data we access, why we access it, how we process it, and how you can revoke access.
a. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar
Data Accessed:
Event titles, descriptions, times, and associated metadata.
Your email address (for verification and linking).
Purpose:
To sync your external calendar events with MeetDoris, ensuring your schedule is up-to-date.To dynamically schedule and reprioritize tasks based on existing events.
Data Processing and Storage:
Retrieved via secure OAuth 2.0.
Calendar data is stored securely to enable offline access, quick loading times, and conflict checking.
We periodically sync with your calendars to keep data current.
Data Sharing:
We do not share your calendar data with third parties, except as necessary for service providers that help us operate our platform, under strict confidentiality.
Revoking Access:
Google: Revoke access via your Google Account’s security settings.
Outlook: Revoke access through your Microsoft account settings.
MeetDoris: Unlink your calendars in your MeetDoris profile settings.
b. Gmail and Outlook Email
Data Accessed:
Emails within a user-selected timeframe (up to one week).
Subject lines, sender/recipient information, and email bodies as needed to identify actionable tasks.
Purpose:
To identify tasks or action items the user may need to perform based on email content.To assist in generating a draft email reply for the user to copy and send.
Data Processing and Storage:
Fetched via secure OAuth 2.0.
Email data is not stored on our servers; only transiently processed to identify tasks.
Processed through Azure OpenAI Service for task extraction and reply generation.
Data Sharing:
We do not share your email data with third parties, except with secure service providers aiding in the functionality of our platform, under strict confidentiality.
Revoking Access:
Gmail: Revoke access via your Google Account’s security settings.
Outlook: Revoke access through your Microsoft account settings.
MeetDoris: Unlink your email account in your MeetDoris profile settings.
c. ClickUp and Todoist
Data Accessed:
Task information, including task IDs, titles, statuses, and updates.
These tasks and updates are captured through webhooks provided by ClickUp and Todoist.
Purpose:
To track changes in your tasks in real-time and update your MeetDoris schedule accordingly.
To ensure that tasks created or updated in ClickUp and Todoist are reflected in your MeetDoris dashboard.
Data Processing and Storage:
Accessed and updated via the respective OAuth services for ClickUp and Todoist.
Task IDs and relevant details are stored so MeetDoris can keep track of task status and changes.
Data Sharing:
We do not share your ClickUp or Todoist data with third parties, except for necessary service providers (under strict confidentiality).
Revoking Access:
Revoke MeetDoris’s access through your ClickUp or Todoist account settings.
You can also remove or update the integrations directly in your MeetDoris profile settings.
d. Microsoft TeamsData Accessed:
Recent messages and meeting transcripts from your Microsoft Teams account to identify tasks assigned to you.
Purpose:
To capture action items or tasks from your Teams conversations or meeting notes.
Data Processing and Storage:
We do not store your messages or transcripts.
They are temporarily processed through the Azure OpenAI Service to identify and summarize tasks.
Data Sharing:
We do not share any Teams message content with third parties outside of necessary service providers aiding in functionality (under strict confidentiality).
Revoking Access:
You can revoke access via your Microsoft account settings.
You can also remove the Teams integration directly in your MeetDoris profile settings.
e. Data Processing via Azure OpenAI Service
Certain data (e.g., email snippets, Teams messages, transcripts) may be processed via the Azure OpenAI Service.
Please note:
Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data:
Are NOT available to other Azure customers.
Are NOT available to OpenAI.
Are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.
Are NOT used to train, retrain, or improve Azure OpenAI Service foundation models.
Are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or 3rd party products.
This means your data is kept confidential, and the processing through the Azure OpenAI Service does not expose or share your content beyond the scope of providing you with the requested functionality.
How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
Service Providers: With third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, email communications, analytics) under strict confidentiality.
Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where your information may be part of the transferred assets.
Security of Your Information
